By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all of these terms & conditions and any other announced terms and conditions of sale or rules of the site.
Payment of the winning bid amount, buyer's premium and shipping/handling charge will be made at the time the auction is reconciled by Denver Rare Coins using the credit card or debit card on file. All other forms of acceptable payment including, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle must be made aware to Denver Rare Coins prior to auction ending. A 5% Buyer's Premium will applied to each invoice.
In consideration of Denver Rare Coins approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in Denver Rare Coin's, auction, Bidder hereby authorizes Denver Rare Coins to charge the credit card provided by Bidder as specified herein. A $50 handling fee will be assessed for each declined credit card transaction and Bidder agrees to such charge. Requests for other payment arrangements will only be considered prior to the opening of bidding in any auction.
Denver Rare Coins guarantees all coins to be genuine. Genuineness of a coin refers to the authenticity of the coin. That the coin is the denomination stated, made of the metal such coin was made of and minted by the proper minting authority in the year stamped on the coin. Genuineness specifically does not include the grade of the coin. Coin grading is a subjective description in the opinion of the cataloguer or third party grading service. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and value of the coin or lot.

Denver Rare Coins may attempt to describe coins in advertising, on the internet, and during the auction. Any description referring to coin grade or condition is completely the subjective opinion of Denver Rare Coins.
Denver Rare Coins does guarantee the authenticity of all coins being auctioned, but in no way guarantees the condition or grade of any coin being auctioned regardless of any subjective opinion put forth by Denver Rare Coins. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to be the judge of the coins grade/condition by the pictures/video provided. Buyers are further encouraged to contact Denver Rare Coins with any questions prior to the start of the auction.
Returns may only be made with the advance written authorization of Denver Rare Coins and are in Denver Rare Coins sole discretion to approve. To request a return you must provide a written request fully explaining the basis for the return no later than 3 days after your receipt of the lot. If the request if approved by Denver Rare Coins, the buyer must return the coin in its original holder. If buyer does not return the coin in their original holder, no refund will be given and the item will be returned to buyer at Buyer's cost. A restocking charge of 20% may be applied at Denver Rare Coins sole discretion on any return.
If you are the successful Bidder, you agree to pay the amount of your bid plus a 5% buyer's premium and shipping charges in the time and manner designated by the Denver Rare Coins. Failure to make such payment shall be deemed to be a breach of these general terms and conditions, and, in addition to all other rights and remedies Denver Rare Coins may have under applicable law, you will be charged a re-stocking fee on transactions equal to 20% of the amount of your invoice.
The winning Bidder's failure to complete the purchase in accordance with the terms provided herein and, in the listing, will cause the Bidder to be faced with all, or any combination of the following measures: elimination of all future bidding privileges on the hosting site; credit agency reporting; legal and/or collection action.
Denver Rare Coins is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Denver Rare Coins reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
